Crabmeat, Carrot and Grape
Salad
Ingredients: ·
2 cups cooked crab meat ·
2 onions finely chopped ·
1 peeled carrot, grated ·
1 cup seedless, green grapes, halved ·
1 cup diced celery ·
1 tablespoon parsley ·
½ cup mayonnaise ·
¼ cup yoghurt ·
1 tablespoon lemon juice ·
1 tablespoon orange juice ·
salt and pepper to taste
Combine crabmeat, celery, grapes, carrot,
onions and parsley. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Fold dressing into salad. Fill into Pita.
